They sold me an Insta360 with one year of life for new, when I asked why they wrote demo in the wording they replied that it was new only with open packaging, since 22 months after purchase I had a small problem they sent it for assistance because the parent company had assured me of free replacement, once inspected they noticed that the insta360 had been activated a year earlier, they sold me a one-year-old used one or they manipulated it. Return of a 24-105 that arrived in horrible condition. Meanwhile they send a lens sold and paid for as good (used) and one arrives with several defects including oxidized contacts and KO rubbers. Upon requesting a return, I had to arrange the shipping myself without any help from them, while ALL their competitors, if something like this happens, send the courier immediately and if available, they even replace the zero time objective. Everyone can make mistakes, even sensationally as in this case, but it is the management of the error that makes the difference between a customer who remains satisfied and one who is left holding the bag, as in this case. The only interest I received from these gentlemen was after a negative review, they immediately took action by calling me asking to delete it and that they would solve the problem and refund the shipping costs. A second chance is denied to no one! Over the phone we agreed to monitor the shipment and update us as soon as the package arrived. Well the package arrived on Friday morning, a day later no update from them, I still have no goal and no money, that's not how we behave.
